LAGUNA VILLAGE

At the very northwest edge of Laguna Hills, nestled up against the Irvine City Open Space Preserve is Laguna Village - a community of 914 units. When entering Laguna Village you immediately sense the natural feel of this pleasant community. Almost as a more verdant extension of the Open Space Preserve. The gentle hills and relaxing sound of the breeze through abundant pine and eucalyptus trees envelopes visitors and residents. It’s a visually and acoustically soothing environment.

You wouldn’t realize it while you’re there but Laguna Village is close to major freeways and thoroughfares. Both the 5 and 405 freeways are moments away. The 73 toll road is also close at hand for a brisk drive into Newport Beach and Fashion Island. As if that wasn’t enough less than fifteen minutes away, down the scenic 133 freeway, is Laguna Beach just chock-a-block filled with restaurants, galleries, fabulous shops and the beautiful main beach.
